All renters must be at least 21 years of age to rent. All drivers under age 25 will pay a young driver surcharge.

All renters must have a valid driver’s license within the United States, be 21+ yrs of age, and have full coverage insurance.

We have you covered with temporary policies available to purchase

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your trip start time you will receive a full refund, if less than 48 hours, you will receive 50% refund of your deposit, if less than 24 hour you will receive 25% refund, and less than 6 hours 0% refund.
No, you will lose your security deposit if you smoke in the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS

The amount of your security authorization will vary based on factors such as Vehicle, Type of Drivers License, Age, Insurance, length of rental and renter credentials, between $250 – $1000.
Your security authorization will be released in full within 24 of return unless there are additional incidental charges i.e. fuel replacement, vehicle damage, late return or smoking to name a few.

Currently we only offer delivery/ pick up from John Wayne/ Orange County  (SNA) airport.
There are 2 options, delivery or curbside, both are additional charges.

YES! We guarantee you get the car you chose to rent.

You can return early, however, once you pick up your rental, there is no refund for early return.

You may take the car out of state, we don’t offer 1 way rentals and all cars must be returned to our location. You may NOT take our cars to Mexico or Canada.

You will need a credit card for the deposit in the name of the renter, the actual rental can be paid by credit card, debit card, zelle, paypal, venmo, zelle, or cash (limited amount of change on hand)

Many rental companies have add on fees for tires, windsheild, insurance and other things. Our pricing in all inclusive providing you hae your own insurance. Just the rental and applicable taxes.

Thats really up to you. Of course in advance is always good, you are able to confirm the car you want and know you have your reservation in place. However that doesnt mean you cant have the same experience by booking last minute. Really just a personal preference
Yes, as long as you are over 21.
It is preferable you have your own insurance, but not necessary. We have policies you can purchase to cover your trip needs
Return late can incur late fees and other issues like causing another renters car to not be available or ready for their reservation. If you are going to be late, please communicate with us so we can mitigate any potential issues that could arise.
